Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell
agricultural products such as fruits, vegetables etc,. The ideal candidate should have a strong
understanding of the agriculture domain, customer relationship building, and market trends.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential clients such as retailers, wholesalers, exporters,
institutional buyers, and farmers.
• Promote company products and services, explain features, benefits, and pricing.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct field visits, customer meetings, and follow-ups.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new accounts.
• Generate daily sales reports and update CRM or sales tracker regularly.
• Gather market intelligence on pricing, competitors, and demand trends.
• Coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams for timely order fulfillment.
Key Skills & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in agri product sales and related industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of local markets and seasonal product trends.
• Ability to travel frequently for fieldwork and customer interaction.
Preferred Attributes
• Prior experience in B2B agri sales or with distributors, or retailers.
• Understanding of commodity pricing and perishability handling.
