Inspired by this quote we started the journey of Deola Ventures Pvt. Ltd. In 2019. Agriculture feeds the world. This journey has been filled with up and downs, failure of ideas, new ideas but we love this journey nevertheless.

In the start Our Motivation was to empower the youth by providing meaningful employment opportunities related to agriculture sector, by fostering a sustainable future for all. Employment to youngsters create a different & wonderful future for the society. As the journey started, we started with handful of employees well now they are family. With the dedicated team of Employees, we are grown into this wonderful company which is growing more.

As our story started, we were new to all these things. But our journey started with one commodity “Onion”, in the starting we didn’t know that how to identify good onion quality, how to sell to general trade, modern trade. We were just few amateur with big ideas and hopes in our heart. We learned through many experiences.

We started in General Trade. General trade refers to the traditional distribution model where agricultural products are sourced directly from farmers or producers and sold through a network of wholesalers, retailers, and local markets.  We sold our first batch to Amritsar. Well, the vehicle we sent to Amritsar was filled with onion size of 45+mm and then we realized we can add more option in size as well. Mistakes are the portals of discovery that’s the case in our story.

We got that one of the breaks into modern trade through Waycool and then Ninjacart. We started to make sure that quality of commodity is not compromised. And work in Modern Trade started. We got to know that if commodity is not up to mark set up by customer, our order gets rejected. What to say “By seeking and blundering we learn.” With this positive approach we keep moving forward.

Farmers are the backbone of the society; it’s them who feeds us. Food is basic necessity of humans and the one who provides us should not sleep empty stomach, we are making sure that our company is giving them atleast assured price.
